Terms of Sale

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms apply when you buy the TMB 2027 booking plan on treksup.com. The Treksup app and Treksup Premium, which you buy through the App Store, are covered by the terms of use and by Apple.

1. Who sells

Sebbe De Hon, sole proprietorship, trading as Treksup
Aarschotstraat 5, 1820 Steenokkerzeel, Belgium
Enterprise number (KBO/BCE): 1029.205.038
sebbedehond@gmail.com

2. What you buy

Digital files. Nothing is posted to you.

The plan tells you when and where to book the refuges of the Tour du Mont Blanc for summer 2027, and in what order. Every date carries its source, the day we read it, and a tag: checked at the source, reported only, or not yet published.

The plan is information, not a booking. Treksup books nothing, holds no beds and takes no commission from refuges. You book yourself, on the refuges' own systems. On the busiest nights there are more walkers than beds, so nobody can promise you one.

3. Price and payment

€29, paid once. That is the total you pay: there are no extra costs and no subscription.

Payment runs through Stripe, on Stripe's own checkout page. We never see your full card number. Stripe e-mails you a receipt.

4. Delivery

Right after payment you land on your download page, with all the files. Keep that link. Lost it? Write to us from the e-mail address you paid with, and we send it again. The download page stays online at least until 30 September 2027.

5. Corrections until 31 January 2027

Booking platforms and refuges publish and change their dates on their own schedule. If a date in the plan changes before 31 January 2027, we e-mail the corrected PDF to the address you paid with. After that date the files stay as they are.

6. Changed your mind? 14 days, money back

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of paying, for any reason and even if you have already downloaded the files. You do not have to say why.

This is your legal right of withdrawal as a consumer in the EU. We do not ask you to give it up when you download, so it stays with you for the full 14 days.

Model withdrawal form (only if you want to use it)

To: Sebbe De Hon (Treksup), Aarschotstraat 5, 1820 Steenokkerzeel, Belgium, sebbedehond@gmail.com

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following digital content: TMB 2027 booking plan.
Ordered on: …
Name: …
E-mail address used for the purchase: …
Date: …

7. If something is wrong with the files

If a file does not open, is incomplete, or does not match what the sales page describes, tell us. We fix it, or refund you if we cannot. This comes on top of your legal rights when digital content is faulty, which last at least two years.

8. Using the files

The plan is for you and the people you walk with. Please do not resell it, publish the files, or post your download link. The free article on treksup.com you may share as much as you like.

9. The mountains are still your responsibility

The plan helps you book. It does not replace your own judgement on the trail, the weather forecast or local advice. What the terms of use say about safety, stale information and weather (sections 2 to 5) applies to the plan too.

We check every date carefully, but a platform or refuge can change a date without telling us, and we cannot answer for a bed you did not get. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Your personal data

For a purchase we receive your name, e-mail address, country, the amount and date, and the brand and last four digits of your card. We use them to deliver the plan, send corrections, handle refunds and keep the accounts the law requires. Details are in the privacy policy.

11. Questions, complaints and disputes

Write to sebbedehond@gmail.com. We answer within a few working days.

If we cannot sort it out together, you can turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumerombudsman.be), free of charge.

Belgian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring a dispute before the courts of that country.

12. Changes

The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones on this page on the day you paid. If we change them later, that does not change your purchase.
